The information provided in the Getting Started collection is intended as a reference guide. We know there's a lot of information to take in so take your time going through the articles and feel free to skip over any parts that aren't applicable to your launch.

Here are a few tips to keep in mind as you start your planning:

Getting Started

We recommend starting in the Creating Your Journey Map section and reviewing the Getting Started Checklist for a high-level overview of steps to take for your rollout. Then when you're ready to start planning your launch, refer to Creating Your Internal Rollout Plan for detailed information and tips for each step in the checklist.

Feature Specific Planning

As part of creating your implementation plan, you'll be deciding which features you want to roll out first. Typical rollouts focus on one or two features so that your team will have the time to get used to new habits and processes. Since each feature will have different considerations when rolling them out, we've created checklists to help address them as well as a detailed companion article that outlines each step. You'll find these in sections dedicated to each feature below the Creating Your Journey Map section. Refer to each feature's section as needed according to your launch plan.

When you're ready to start, head back to the Getting Started page.
